Why we exist

Every serious event company we've ever met runs on the same broken stack: spreadsheets duct-taped to WhatsApp threads, a CRM that isn't quite a CRM, a ticketing platform that doesn't talk to finance, a shared drive nobody trusts, and a rolling anxiety that something critical is falling through a crack. It works until it very publicly doesn't.

The rest of the world got operating systems. Design teams got Figma. Engineering got Linear. Sales got Salesforce. Events got another spreadsheet.

Ventra is the operating system for event businesses. One surface for events, guests, tickets, suppliers, finance, marketing, comms and intelligence with an AI operations director watching every signal in the background so you don't have to.

What we believe

• The best software feels invisible. If we're doing our job, you notice the show, not the software.
• Operators know best. Every module in Ventra was built with a founding partner running real events, this quarter, at real scale.

The team

We are producers, engineers, designers and finance operators who have personally run everything from 200-cap warehouse parties to 40,000-cap festivals. Our leadership team has shipped software at Notion, Stripe, Ticketmaster and Airbnb, and produced events for global fashion houses, residencies, and touring artists. We hire people who care about the small things because the small things are the show.

Where we're going
