Ventra is trusted by thousands of operators to run real events with real guests. This policy exists to keep everyone on the platform safe.

Don't do these things
- Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory or infringing content.
- Send unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) via Ventra Comms.
- Harass, dox, threaten or intimidate other people through the platform.
- Store payment card data outside of the Stripe fields designed for it.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, penetration test without written consent, or bypass authentication and rate limits.
- Resell Ventra as your own product without a written reseller agreement.
- Use Ventra to run gambling, adult content or sanctioned-jurisdiction events without our prior written consent.
Please do these things
- Keep contact details for your guests accurate and consented.
- Give team members the minimum access they need.
- Report bugs and security findings to security@theventra.co — we run a bounty programme.
- Tell us if you see abuse. We take reports seriously.
Enforcement
We investigate every report of abuse. Depending on severity we may warn, suspend the offending user, remove content, or terminate the workspace. Where required by law we cooperate fully with law enforcement.
