Every Ventra plan is a monthly membership that begins with a 3-day free trial. You choose a tier when you create your workspace, add a card, and are only charged when the trial ends — and can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Billing in Settings.
Yes. Changes take effect immediately and your next invoice is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of the month.
No. Each membership includes a set number of team members. Enterprise includes unlimited members, so you never pay per head to bring in a freelancer for one show.
Memberships are priced in USD, EUR or GBP, and you are charged in the currency you choose. Fixed monthly prices: Starter $129 / €119 / £99, Growth $329 / €299 / £249, Enterprise $659 / €589 / £499.
